Audi celebrates fans in 3D
To celebrate its fan contributions and perhaps to show a more emotional side of the cold and calculating automotive manufacturer, Audi has created a website that displays fans’ love of Audi cars.
When a fan uses the hashtag ‘#onemillionreasons’ their tweet is added to the website.
However what is special about this visualisation of fans social media love of Audi is that each tweet, post and blog post creates a 3d visualisation of Audi’s flagship model, the R8.
Clicking on one of the dots reveals the true nature of the post whether it be a picture, a video or just someone exclaiming their love of Audi.

This is a nice brand piece from Audi that has broken the mould of creating a car for its fans and it has done this but using their own words to create this ‘car’. Not only does it reward fans but it demonstrates emotion from a car company that could be perceived as being too cold and technical.
